3.1 Password Protection

3.3 Account Closure Request

4.3 Source of Funds

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus can be withdrawn after meeting a 15x wagering requirement. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering required on the bonus is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

A bonus is never a direct substitute for cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Regular Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, registering under a false identity, or attempting to exploit system weaknesses will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is proven, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6.2 Technical Errors

9.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). The maximum cashback is 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level and 0.8% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.
